2019 Schedule Changes 

WAM Practice Schedule

Schedule for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

The following schedule is in Effect:
MWF: 5:30-6:30 AM
Tues/Thus: 7:00-8:15 PM
Wed: 7-8 PM
We are looking to avoid as much locker-room overlap as possible with the college and club programs, so we will return to the 7 o’clock start for the evening practices. We have extended the Tuesday and Thursday practices an extra 15 minutes if people wish to get a little more out of practice. If 7:00 is cutting it a little close, one can still get an hour in of practice.
(Please arrive at the turf/track entrance near the parking garage 10 minutes prior to the start of practice)
